Who can invest in Solimar Fund?

Our hedge fund is open to accredited investors, including individuals with a net worth exceeding $1 million or an annual income over $200,000. Institutional investors such as banks, insurance companies, and pension funds are also eligible to invest.

What is the minimum investment required?

The minimum investment required to participate in our hedge fund is $100,000, though this amount may vary based on specific fund terms and investor qualifications. Please reach out to us for more details.

How is the fund's performance reported and how often?

The fund’s performance is reported through our monthly updates on SolimarFund.com.  Detailed reports are provided to investors on a monthly basis.

What are the fees associated with the hedge fund?

Solimar Fund charges a management fee of 0.5% of assets under management and a performance fee of 20% of the fund’s profits, aligning our interests with those of our investors. Contact us for more details.

What is the investment strategy of the hedge fund?

We are an equities fund. We’ve designed a quantitative multi-strategy algorithm that focuses on reducing risk and optimizing returns across various market conditions.
